Tech Installer Tier 1
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sanitize and decontaminate all vehicles prior to installation.
- Review and complete all tasks assigned to you.
- Plot and weed all patterns per vehicle.
- Update and adjust patterns as needed.
- Window tint installation / vehicle detailing at a high quality level.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicles.
- Clean and organize the shop.
- Conduct Q&A walk prior to final inspection.
- 1 hr lunch break is required.
- Maintain a good track record on time and attendance.
- Build and maintain professionalism and good relationships with customers, employees and business accounts.
- Installers may be assigned to a business account due to business needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Communication skills / train and develop
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Ability to learn and adapt to the film industry
- Great work ethics and team player mentality
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely drive supercar vehicles
- Attention to detail and follow directions well
- Ability to work well in a fast and clean environment.
- Reliable transportation, arrive on time to their scheduled shift
Tech Installer Tier 2
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sanitize and decontaminate all operated vehicles.
- Review and install all work orders assigned to you.
- Plot and weed all patterns per vehicle.
- Update and adjust patterns as needed
- Window tint installation,vinly, and vehicle detailing at a high quality level.
- Vehicles assemble and disassemble.
- Train and develop all new hires
- Clean and organize shop
- Conduct QA walk and walk through before customer pick up.
- 1 hr lunch is required
- Maintain good track record on Time and attendance
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, employees and business accounts.
- Installers may be assigned to a business account due to business needs.
